Johnsons Apparelmaster welcomes Gerry Moore as new Managing Director
Leading workwear supplier Johnsons Apparelmaster is delighted to announce the appointment of Gerry Moore as the company’s next Managing Director. Gerry is looking forward to taking up his new role on 30 April 2018 and brings 25 years of experience within the textile rental sector. He has held a number of senior positions in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Chris Sander, CEO of parent company Johnson Service Group, welcomed Gerry to the business and to his contribution to the “next chapter of growth”.
“We are pleased to work with someone of Gerry’s high calibre. We have the strength and depth across our management team and operations team and Gerry’s proven commercial track record, and excellent customer focus and people skills will be invaluable going forward,” said Chris Sander.
Gerry will take over the role from Peter Egan, who will join the Board of Directors as Chief Operating Officer from 1 April 2018, ahead of taking up the role of Chief Executive Officer. Chris Sander will continue to work with the Group until the end of 2018.
