Apprenticeship Standard Published!
The long-awaited standard for the Textile Care Services Operative has just been approved and published by the Institute of Apprenticeships.
This is a great win for the industry and soon, the final development stages of the apprenticeship will be completed, providing the Textile Services industry with a ready-to-use apprenticeship.
Training and education in the industry is required to future-proof businesses against loss of skills.
The entry-level apprenticeship is just one step in the journey that the TSA is driving to ensure skills develop within this vibrant, hidden industry.
A huge well done and thank you to the employers that made this happen, particularly CLEAN and Johnson Service Group.
