Become a Supply Partner
If you are looking to grow your business, build a solid relationship with the textile services sector and show your commitment to supporting our industry, the Supply Partner Membership could be what you need.
Our Membership ranges from large, multi-site to smaller, family-run commercial laundries and textile services providers. These include linen and workwear sourcing, rental, cleaning and servicing, for the hospitality, healthcare, hi-tech and research sectors among others.
TSA Supply Partners have access to our activities and events, including training, providing unrivalled opportunities to network with our Membership at all levels from Engineer to CEO, and to promote your services directly to the decision-makers in the industry.
However, we see our Supply Partner Membership as more than a marketing opportunity. It builds respect by showing your commitment to work with the TSA to support and grow the sector, for the benefit of the Membership and the supply chain alike.
The standard Supply Partner membership has two different fee tiers, Small and Large, both sharing the same benefits. The cost of these two subscriptions is only dependent on the size of your business. Small Membership is only available to companies with an annual global turnover of below £4m, and it is meant to allow smaller enterprises to get in contact with our members and take part to our activities. Our vision is that, through working with our Members and the TSA, Small Supply Partners will grow their business and eventually develop into Large.
The scheme gives all Supply Partners (Small and Large) the opportunity to dramatically improve their profile within the industry by upgrading to the Premium add-on package, which delivers a wide range of additional marketing opportunities. If you would like to upgrade to the Premium package, please let us know.

...or keep reading more on the benefits of being a Supply Partner
The main commercial benefits of being a Supply Partner are networking and exposure, so all Supply Partners have access, at members’ rate or complimentary (depending on subscription), to our annual Autumn and Spring Conferences and National Congress. Partners have also access to other TSA events such as seminars and one-off meetings.
The two conferences are the main networking events in the TSA calendar. They bring together staff (from CEO to all level managers) from across the Membership. They are an occasion to get updates on the practical work that the TSA is doing and to get feedback from Members on what we can do to support the industry, from factory floor to lobbying Government. But they are also a way for Members to meet and hear about technical and political developments in the sector, and to help the TSA shaping its activities for the year. They include technical talks, updates from TSA staff and consultants, summaries of the work of our Knowledge Networks, talks from industry leaders, perspectives from the supply chain and more.
The other key event is the National Congress, generally in October/November. It is our flagship annual event held in the late Autumn, a celebration of the industry, with more general sessions, inspiration speakers and great networking opportunities, often accompanied by a gala dinner and entertainments. It is generally the last event of the calendar, and it is time for the TSA to take stock of what happened in the year, celebrate the industry’s successes and what to expect from the year to come.
All Supply Partners can now join our Knowledge Networks (KNs). These are groups bringing together Members and Supply Partners to share their knowledge and expertise, to provide and request support to their peers, but most importantly, to look at what the industry needs and develop best practices, training, guidelines and other practical solutions to issues affecting the whole sector. KNs are made up by Members that decide to share their expertise and time to do work that benefits the entire Membership and industry, with guidance and support from the TSA and its consultants.
Taking part tot he KNs is a great way to show your technical credentials to our Members and to know first hand what your customer-base really needs.
We have four KNs, Health & Safety, Technical Standards, People (covering HR and training) and Special Projects (for anything else and topics that go across one or more group). Their work is shared with the membership through our website, communications, and sessions at events.
As a Supply partner, you can now also take part to TSA training courses. We hold technical courses, ranging in audience from technician to manager, which are developed through the work of our Knowledge Networks. Some are now run regularly, others are run on a demand basis. Course we are planning to run regularly are Boiler Management, Laundry Engineering, the Textile Services Management Course for new managers in the indusrtry and more. Members and Supply Partners are updated regularly through our website, newsletter, Twitter and Magazine.
