1. Bookings and payments

1.1 Unless otherwise specified, event fees are payable in full within 30 days from the date of booking/invoicing. Failure to pay within the specified time period may result in cancellation of the booking.

1.2 For some events we may charge a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event, please check  the details of individual events when booking.

1.3 In case of events where a deposit is required, if a booking is received 30 days or less before the event, the fee must be paid in in full at the time of booking.

1.4 Where a deposit is required, failure to pay the full balance 30 days before the event may result in cancellation of the booking, especially when events or courses are over-subscribed.

 

2. Substitute delegate

2.1 If you are unable to attend the event, we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost.

2.2 All requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 48 hours before the event and include full details of the delegate not attending and the substitute.

2.3 If no communication is received regarding a substitute delegate 48 hours prior to the event, this will be treated as a no-show, and the fee will not be reimbursed. If a substitute delegate attempts to attend the event when no communication has been received, we reserve the right to deny admission and no refund will be issued.

 

3. Changes to delegate details and preferences

3.1 Changes of details and preferences (i.e. job title, affiliations, dietary requirements) can be requested free of charge up to 48 hours before the event. Late requests will not be charged, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate them.

 

4. Cancellations and refunds

4.1 Cancellations must be received in writing, via email or post, and prior to the event date. Refunds will be made based on the notice given:

 

Over one month before the event

Full refund minus any non-refundable deposit

Between one month and one week before the event

50% refund, minus any non-refundable deposit

One week before the event

No refund

4.2 If the event is cancelled by the TSA, we will refund the registration fee in full, including any deposit paid towards the booking fee.
