Fundamentals of boiler management (Training Course)

07:00pm 15 July 2019 - 05:00pm 17 July 2019

A training course course developed in partnership with Byworth Boilers, to bring Members up to speed with boiler operations and legal compliance.

The TSA’s Technical Standards Knowledge Network have identifed safe and efficient management of boilers as an area where training would bring value to our Members, and improve the industry’s safety credentials. We have now developed a training course in partnership with Byworth boilers, to bring members up to speed with boiler operations and legal compliance.

The course will kick off with a networking dinner on the evening of Monday 15th July, 7:30pm, hosted by our CEO David Stevens, and continue over Tuesday 16th July with a 8.30am start and Wednesday 17th July 2019. The venue will be the voco St John's Solihull Hotel, 651 Warwick Road, Solihull B91 1AT

The first day of the course is aimed at both managers (responsible for the site level statutory duties) and operators (responsible for the day-to-day hands-on management of boilers), while the second is specifcally aimed at managers; however, operators are welcome to register for both days. The cost is at £610 for two days and £330 for those attending one day only. The course fee includes lunch, refreshments and dinner (on the 15th and 16th), but not accommodation.

We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the hotel for both the evening of Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th, you can book them through us by contacting events@tsa-uk.org or 020 3151 5600. Please book early to avoid disappointment. More rooms may become available at a later date depending on availability.  Please contact events@tsa-uk.org for accommodation and bookings or shyju.skariah@tsa-uk.org for more information on the course content.
