The Association provides a customer advisory service which is available to all members and their customers:

Providing a conciliation service to help settle disputes between members and their customers which for one reason or another cannot be resolved by the parties.

Care of articles given in for drycleaning - giving guidance to members on how to identify 'problem' garments, handling customer queries efficiently and checking garments on receipt and despatch.
