You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information you provided. You can access and update much of the information you have provided through your My Page company account under the ‘Director’ login which resides with the Nominee of your company.
You must not use the TSA website:
(i) in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, interrupted access, damage or impairment in any way to the website, or
(ii) for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity, or
(iii) to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or remove or edit content if you are in breach of applicable laws, these Conditions of Use or any other applicable terms and conditions, guidelines or policies.
Pricing & Availability of Events & Publications
Pricing as listed on the website is subject to change, at any time, at the company’s discretion. Upon advertisement of the event, or product, we aim to ensure as far as is reasonably practical that the detail is correct at time of release. We will provide as much written warning as possible of any price changes. Though, this is not a guarantee.
Availability of events is on a first come, first serve basis. If however, you are particularly interested in an event you know is coming up, please register your interest with the TSA office.
Availability of documents follows demand. We try to keep stocks filled but the demand is not always there to justify the supply. On these instances, a waiting list is set up.
If payments are made with our accounts department over the phone, monetary details are shredded immediately after processing. Receipts are sent through the post.
A refund will not normally be given for Member’s documents purchased in error so, please be absolutely sure you wish to buy the product before purchase.
Event Cancellation Policy
Event cancellations by TSA Ltd will be fully refunded, or payments kept and the event reorganised at an appropriate date. If the Member cannot make the new date, a full refund would be given.
For Member Cancellations and No-Shows, TSA have a strict policy in place.
Any no-shows are charged the full amount.
